What this site is

Koala is an informational and creative website. It describes Iguako’s practice, links to related projects, displays conceptual architecture imagery, and previews possible future editions and objects.

The buildings pictured on Koala are generated conceptual images. They should not be read as photographs of completed Iguako facilities.

03

Acceptable use

You may browse, link to, and share public pages for lawful personal, editorial, or research purposes. Do not attempt to damage the site, bypass access controls, impersonate Iguako, misrepresent fictional material as verified fact, or use the site to harm another person.

Automated access should remain proportionate and must not interfere with availability for other visitors.

04

Privacy

Koala does not intentionally use analytics, advertising trackers, account systems, or marketing cookies. It does not include a contact form or mailing-list form.

Like most websites, the hosting infrastructure may process basic request information—such as an IP address, browser details, requested pages, and timestamps—for delivery, security, and operational logs. Do not send sensitive or confidential information through URLs or external links.

05

The shop is a preview

The Shop page is not currently a store. Products, availability, descriptions, materials, packaging, prices, and release plans are provisional. Disabled buttons do not reserve inventory.

Koala currently accepts no orders, payments, deposits, reservations, shipping information, or customer accounts. Transaction-specific terms—including pricing, taxes, fulfillment, cancellations, returns, and refunds—will be published before any purchase becomes possible.

06

Fiction and institutional boundaries

Some linked Iguako projects deliberately use fictional institutions, documents, interfaces, or narratives as artistic material. Fiction will be identified where context matters. A fictional interface is not an offer, credential, account, contract, financial product, or request for trust.

In particular, Iguako Capital is a fictional art project. It does not provide financial services, investments, client accounts, or financial advice.

08

Creative ownership

Unless a page says otherwise, Koala’s original text, design, code, generated imagery, and identity elements are presented by Iguako International. You may quote short passages and link to public pages with reasonable attribution. Republishing substantial parts, presenting the work as your own, or using the identity to imply endorsement requires written permission.

Third-party names and destinations remain the property of their respective owners.

09

Disclaimers and availability

Koala is provided as available for information, art, and exploration. We aim for accuracy but do not promise uninterrupted access, permanent URLs, complete archives, or suitability for a specific decision.

Nothing on Koala is legal, financial, medical, investment, or other professional advice. Do not rely on conceptual images, fictional records, provisional products, or experimental materials as evidence of a real-world facility, credential, transaction, or result.

10

Changes and contact

We may update Koala, these terms, and linked experiences as the work changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material transaction terms will not be applied retroactively to a purchase.

Questions about Koala or these terms can be directed through the Iguako contact page .
